Ahead of the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision, investors are growing more confident that the central bank won't change rates at all this year.

Federal-funds futures showed Wednesday afternoon that traders see a 90% chance that the Fed keeps rates unchanged this year, according to CME Group data. That was up from 80% Tuesday.

The chances of a rate cut and rate increase are both hovering around 5%.
