April 22 (Reuters) - UBS said on Wednesday it continues to strongly disagree with the Swiss government's plan to review the regulation of banks, saying it would have far-reaching consequences for the Swiss economy.
"(The package) is extreme, lacks international alignment and disregards concerns expressed by the majority of respondents to the government's consultations," the bank said in a statement.
