US expected to issue Jones Act waiver on domestic shipping as soon as Wednesday, sources say - Reuters News

- The United States is expected to issue a waiver of the Jones Act shipping regulation as soon as Wednesday to help ease deliveries of fuel and fertilizer, according to three sources familiar with the matter.

The waiver, which will allow foreign vessels to move between U.S. ports, comes amid a surge in energy and fertilizer prices since the start of the Iran conflict.
