WASHINGTON, Oct 5 (Reuters) - US President Donald Trump on Monday hailed the first-round success of Brazil's presidential candidate, Senator Flavio Bolsonaro, who upset pollsters by topping the vote on Sunday.
Trump said the result - which will see Bolsonaro head to a runoff with Brazil's leftist President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on October 25 - was "close, but a very, very big victory. Amazing, actually."
