CXMT sues Pentagon over inclusion on list of companies tied to China's military - Reuters

Aug 28 (Reuters) - Chinese memory chipmaker CXMT has sued the Pentagon over its inclusion on a U.S. list of companies backed by the Chinese military, a court filing showed on Friday.
