WASHINGTON, Aug 19 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday told reporters he had reached "a very fair" trade agreement with Prime Minister Mark Carney which meant U.S. farmers and businesses would pay no tariffs on exports to Canada.
