SAO PAULO, Aug 21 (Reuters) - Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva was seen with 47% of votes against 43% from his main challenger Senator Flavio Bolsonaro in a potential runoff of the October presidential election, a Datafolha poll showed on Friday.
