ZURICH, April 22 (Reuters) - UBS UBSG.S has no reason to leave Switzerland following the unveiling of planned new rules that will mean the bank has to hold more capital, Finance Minister Karin Keller-Sutter said on Wednesday.
"With this regulation I see absolutely no need for a bank like UBS to leave Switzerland," she told reporters after the measures were announced.
Being a Swiss bank was a strength, particularly in areas like wealth management, Keller-Sutter added.
